Ribbon Cutting – Reading Clinic (A&M University) at Fannin Elementary School

Read by 3rd, Bryan ISD and A&M University opening a Reading Clinic for children who need assistance in Reading.

Read by 3rd is an educational organization working to build successful families by giving parents the skills and resources to help their children “Learn to Read” at grade level by the third grade so that each child can “Read to Learn” for the rest of their life.
