The Calidore String Quartet
A recipient of many prestigious awards, grants, and fellowships, the Calidore String Quartet made international headlines in 2016 as winner of the $100,000 Grand-Prize of the M-Prize International Chamber Music Competition. In the 2019-2020 season, the quartet celebrates its 10th birthday and the 250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth by presenting cycles of the Beethoven’s String Quartets in major concert halls throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
